Office of the Prime Minister & Council of Ministers
The Prime Minister, supported by five Government Ministers and their respective ministries, is entrusted by the Constitution with the high responsibility of administering the affairs of the Kingdom. In this capacity, the Prime Minister coordinates the executive administration of government, oversees the implementation of national policies, and ensures that the ministries work together in service to the Crown and the people. Each Minister directs their assigned portfolio and executive services while collaborating with the Office of the Prime Minister to advance the Kingdom’s humanitarian, diplomatic, economic, developmental, cultural, security, and national priorities.

4. Dr. Jabbar: Ministry of Justice Responsibilities: 1. Constitutional Affairs Constitutional interpretation, governance, and amendments. 2. Legal Affairs and Legislative Drafting Directives, legal opinions, policies, and official instruments. 3. International Legal Affairs and Treaties Legal review of agreements and international partnerships. 4. Justice Administration and Dispute Resolution Complaints, mediation, internal proceedings, and appeals. 5. Human Rights and Ethical Compliance Fair treatment, professional conduct, and accountability. 6. Traditional Leadership and Cultural Governance Chiefdom protocols, customary leadership documentation, and cultural agreements. 7. Legal Registry and Official Documentation Appointments, agreements, directives, and legal archives. 8. Legal Compliance and Risk Management Review of contracts, projects, financial commitments, and regulatory risks. 9. Legal Education and Institutional Training Training ministers, directors, and traditional leadership representatives. 10. Legal Reporting and Advisory Services to the Crown Legal assessments, recommendations, and reports to the Emperor.

6. Mozart Boulamatarie (Moses Kwasi Gbevie) Imperial Chancellor: Duties and Responsibilities 1. Advise the Imperial Emperor. 2. Liaise with kings, chiefs, and elders. 3. Coordinate traditional leadership relations. 4. Maintain royal protocol. 5. Preserve African cultural heritage. 6. Strengthen royal house relations. 7. Facilitate community dialogue and mediation. 8. Address traditional leadership concerns. 9. Coordinate royal consultations and ceremonies. 10. Strengthen African Diaspora relations. 11. Support community development partnerships. 12. Refer humanitarian needs to relevant ministries. 13. Maintain official records and correspondence. 14. Submit reports to the Imperial Crown. 15. Coordinate with the Office of the Prime Minister. 16. Protect confidential royal communications. 17. Uphold the authority and directives of the Imperial Crown.
