DECLARATION OF SOVEREIGNTY OF NUMIDORIA The Kingdom of Numidoria declares the continuation and restoration of its royal and cultural institutions under the authority of the House of El’Sori-Oser and the reigning Imperial Sovereign, His Imperial Majesty Emperor Ben Ha’Melek Muja’Dib Jamel El’Sori-Oser VIII. The Declaration recognizes the inherent right of the Kingdom and its institutions to preserve their ancestral identity, royal traditions, cultural heritage, internal governance, constitutional customs, and institutional affairs. For purposes of this Declaration, the term sovereignty refers to the Kingdom's asserted internal authority and cultural self-determination. It is distinct from, and does not by itself constitute, a claim of universal international recognition or membership as a sovereign state within the international community. Numidoria does not seek to unlawfully interfere with the territorial integrity, governmental authority, or domestic jurisdiction of existing states. The Kingdom's international engagement is conducted through cultural diplomacy, humanitarian cooperation, economic development, traditional leadership relations, educational initiatives, and other peaceful forms of engagement. Nothing within this Declaration shall be interpreted as a declaration of war, territorial aggression, or unlawful interference with any existing government. The Kingdom of Numidoria remains committed to peaceful relations, humanitarian advancement, cultural preservation, and constructive engagement with governments, traditional authorities, international organizations, communities, and members of the African Diaspora. This Declaration serves as an institutional statement of the Kingdom's historical continuity, cultural identity, internal constitutional authority, and commitment to peaceful international engagement.
