Dr. Emmanuel Amara Vandi Fomba serves as Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Health, Social Services & Diaspora Affairs for the Kingdom of Numidoria. He is a seasoned African development professional, administrator, entrepreneur, and international development advocate with more than two decades of experience spanning administration, finance, procurement, human resource management, civil society, and sustainable development. His extensive experience in African development and institutional leadership supports the Kingdom’s commitment to humanitarian service, economic empowerment, social advancement, and meaningful engagement with African communities and the global African Diaspora.
Dr. Fomba is the Founder and Global President of the Global Chamber on African Trade, Rights and Economic Development (GCATRED), an Africa-focused international platform established to promote inclusive trade, economic empowerment, investment, human rights, regional integration, and sustainable development throughout Africa. Through his leadership of GCATRED, he has worked to establish strategic relationships among governments, private-sector organizations, development institutions, investors, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders. This experience directly complements the Kingdom’s mission of creating practical partnerships that can address humanitarian needs while opening pathways for economic opportunity and sustainable development.
