OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND ROYAL PROTOCOL
The Office of International Relations and Royal Protocol represents the Kingdom of Numidoria in authorized cultural, humanitarian, ceremonial, and international engagements.
The Office coordinates official correspondence, royal visits, cultural exchanges, humanitarian initiatives, traditional leadership relations, invitations, ceremonial affairs, and other authorized external activities.
Representatives of the Kingdom receive specific appointments and mandates according to the constitutional and administrative procedures of Numidoria.
Institutional titles such as Royal Representative, Cultural Representative, Liaison Officer, Diplomatic Representative, Consular Representative, or Diplomatic Mission shall be used according to the actual authority granted and the circumstances of the appointment.
The use of a diplomatic title by a Kingdom representative does not, by itself, imply diplomatic recognition by a foreign government.
Where formal recognition, diplomatic relations, accreditation, treaty relationships, or governmental agreements exist, the Kingdom shall identify the relevant authority and maintain supporting documentation in its official records.
The Kingdom's international engagement is peaceful and focuses on cultural exchange, humanitarian cooperation, education, economic development, traditional leadership relations, and strengthening connections throughout the African Diaspora.
