Dr. Vanessa Henderson serves as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Numidoria, leading the Office of the Prime Minister within the Monarchy Government. The Office of the Prime Minister focuses on strengthening the Kingdom’s governmental institutions and developing practical policies in areas including humanitarian affairs, economic development, bilateral trade, diplomacy, infrastructure, education, environmental sustainability, technology, and community advancement. The Prime Minister also supports initiatives designed to create opportunities for the people of the Kingdom and strengthen partnerships throughout the African Diaspora. Dr. Vincent White, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Numidoria, serves in a key leadership and administrative role within the Monarchy Government. He oversees the Kingdom’s humanitarian programs and Smart City Development Projects, including initiatives focused on sustainable infrastructure, community development, environmental responsibility, innovation, and the Kingdom’s Net-Zero Initiative. In his financial capacity as Chief Financial Officer of the Kingdom Treasury, Dr. White is responsible for supporting fiscal administration, financial planning, treasury oversight, and the responsible coordination of financial resources allocated toward the Kingdom’s development and humanitarian objectives. Working in coordination with the Office of the Prime Minister and under the authority of the Crown, his responsibilities connect the Kingdom’s humanitarian mission, sustainable development agenda, and financial administration, helping ensure that major initiatives are properly coordinated, responsibly managed, and aligned with the long-term vision of the Kingdom of Numidoria.

Ambassador Emmanuel Amara Vandi Fomba serves as Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Numidoria, bringing more than two decades of experience in African development, administration, finance, procurement, human resources, civil society, entrepreneurship, and international development. As Founder and Global President of the Global Chamber on African Trade, Rights and Economic Development (GCATRED), he has focused his leadership on expanding African trade, investment, economic empowerment, human rights, regional integration, and sustainable development. Within the Monarchy Government, his role emphasizes international economic cooperation, bilateral and multilateral trade, investment partnerships, African Diaspora engagement, and strategic relationships with governments, businesses, development institutions, investors, and civil society organizations. His leadership is guided by the principle that Africa’s transformation should be driven by African leadership while strengthened through responsible global partnerships and translated into practical economic opportunities for communities, businesses, women, youth, and underserved populations. As Deputy Prime Minister, Ambassador Fomba contributes to advancing the Kingdom’s international economic agenda and strengthening Numidoria’s relationships across Africa and the global community.
