The Historical Diplomatic and Government Archives preserve official correspondence, governmental communications, appointments, memoranda, agreements, ceremonial records, and other historical documents associated with the development of the Kingdom of Numidoria.
Archived documents are historical records and should be interpreted according to the date, circumstances, and institutional status existing when each document was created.
The inclusion of a document in this archive does not independently establish a continuing diplomatic relationship, governmental recognition, treaty relationship, accreditation, or current appointment. Where possible, archived records are accompanied by dates, originating institutions, document descriptions, and contextual information.
The purpose of this archive is preservation and transparency. Historical records are retained so that researchers, members of the Royal House, government officials, and the public can examine the institutional development of Numidoria over time.
OFFICIAL HISTORICAL & INSTITUTIONAL CLARIFICATION:
The Kingdom of Numidoria and the House of El’Sori-Oser recognize the importance of maintaining an accurate historical and institutional record. Because the name Numidoria is associated with the ancient Kingdom of Numidia, it is important to distinguish the documented history of ancient North Africa from the history and development of the modern House of El’Sori-Oser. The ancient Kingdom of Numidia was a historically documented North African kingdom associated with the Amazigh peoples and rulers including Massinissa, Micipsa, and Jugurtha. The modern Kingdom of Numidoria does not claim that the ancient Kingdom of Numidia continued uninterrupted as a modern political government for two thousand years. Rather, the modern institution of Numidoria represents the restoration and development of a contemporary royal institution under the House of El’Sori-Oser, drawing upon African historical heritage, ancestral traditions, hereditary lineage, and the enduring identity of the African Diaspora. The present Imperial House is headed by His Imperial Majesty Emperor Ben Ha’Melek Muja’Dib Jamel El’Sori-Oser VIII. The House maintains its own historical, genealogical, ceremonial, constitutional, and institutional records documenting its development across generations. It is therefore inaccurate to reduce the modern institution solely to the statement that an individual “declared himself sovereign.” The Imperial House's position is that its royal identity derives from hereditary lineage, succession, ancestral continuity, and the subsequent establishment and development of its contemporary institutions. At the same time, the Kingdom is committed to accurately distinguishing its internal constitutional and royal position from formal diplomatic recognition by foreign governments or international organizations. Recognition claims are therefore identified according to their actual source and nature. The Kingdom also distinguishes between civic recognition, humanitarian awards, traditional leadership acknowledgment, cultural partnerships, institutional relationships, and formal diplomatic recognition. These categories are not presented as interchangeable. Numidoria's mission includes preservation of African heritage, humanitarian service, cultural education, community development, economic empowerment, and constructive engagement throughout the African Diaspora. The Kingdom welcomes responsible historical inquiry and maintains records so that researchers and members of the public can examine the development of the House of El’Sori-Oser, its royal institutions, humanitarian activities, and relationships over time. The purpose of this clarification is not to rewrite history, but to ensure that the history and institutional position of Numidoria are presented accurately, responsibly, and with appropriate supporting documentation.
