The Ministry of Public Relations and The Protocol Department
Main functions:
The Protocol Department is responsible for Kingdom protocol matters and ceremonial events. It organizes and coordinates protocol affairs for major Kingdom diplomatic functions and manages matters related to courteous reception and diplomatic privileges and immunities of foreign diplomatic missions and relevant personnel in Numi, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea-Bissau, Cape-Verde, Sri Lanka, India, South India, etc. It also develops protocol rules with the Ministry of Justice of Numi Kingdom.
Policy Planning studies and analyzes issues of overall and strategic importance related to global situation and international relations. It formulates policies and plans for diplomatic work, drafts and submits important diplomatic documents and speeches, conducts foreign policy pronouncements, and coordinates research and analytical work. It also undertakes the work related to the studies of the diplomatic relations.
