Declaration of Sovereignty of Numidoria Kingdom
Declaration of Cultural Sovereignty & Trusteeship
The Imperial Cultural & Heritage Seat of Numidoria
Preamble
In the Name of the Most High, the Great I Am, this Declaration is set forth by His Imperial Royal Majesty Muja’Dib Jamel Ben Ha’Melek El’Sori-Oser VIII, Custodian of the House of El’Sori-Oser and Senior Imperial Representative of the African Diaspora.
This Declaration establishes the Imperial Cultural and Heritage Seat of Numidoria as a non-political, non-militarized, and non-disruptive institution dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and stewardship of African diasporic heritage, lineage memory, and cultural sovereignty. It is issued in recognition of the historical displacement, fragmentation, and erasure experienced by African peoples across centuries of enslavement and colonial domination.
Purpose and Nature of the Cultural Seat
The Imperial Cultural & Heritage Seat of Numidoria is conceived as a symbolic and custodial homeland, serving the global African Diaspora as a center of cultural continuity, moral authority, and historical restoration. It is not established as a nation-state, nor does it seek to interfere with, challenge, or supersede the sovereign claims of any existing modern state.
The territories historically referenced as the Halaib Triangle and Bir Tawil region are acknowledged solely for their unique status in international discourse—one disputed, one historically unadministered—and are referenced here only in symbolic and cultural terms, not as an assertion of political dominion or territorial statehood. The Seat exists in principle as a cultural jurisdiction and heritage trust, grounded in dialogue, respect, and international norms.
Historical Continuity and Diasporic Restoration
Numidoria traces its identity to the ancient Numidian civilization, historically established in 202 BCE, whose legacy endured despite conquest, fragmentation, and exile. The modern restoration of Numidoria, formally articulated in 2010 CE through its Declaration of Sovereignty, reflects a diasporic continuity of identity rather than a revival of territorial conquest.
The House of El’Sori-Oser positions itself as a custodial lineage, preserving interrupted sovereignty through memory, ethics, and service rather than force. Its authority is rooted in elder recognition, ancestral responsibility, and the moral obligation to safeguard African heritage for future generations.
Status, Recognition, and Engagement
The Imperial Cultural & Heritage Seat of Numidoria functions as a sovereign cultural entity, not a political government. Its engagement with the global community is based on:
Cultural diplomacy
Heritage preservation
Educational initiatives
Humanitarian and economic cooperation
Non-violent sovereign expression
The Seat welcomes independent scholarly research, historical inquiry, and dialogue with academic institutions, traditional authorities, and international partners.
Affirmation of Custodianship
In my capacity as Custodian of the House of El’Sori-Oser, I bear witness to this Declaration as an act of cultural stewardship and diasporic restoration. This affirmation is issued in service to dignity, continuity, and peace, and stands as a testament to responsibility rather than dominion.
Issued by Order of the House,
His Imperial Royal Majesty
Muja’Dib Jamel Ben Ha’Melek El’Sori-Oser VIII
Custodian of the House of El’Sori-Oser
Imperial Cultural & Heritage Seat of Numidoria
